By submitting the request below Customer assigns MAXER Hosting Ltd. (henceforth Service Provider) to use the Control Center for administration in place of Customer. 
The assignment applies only to the usage of the Control Center functions, it doesn't apply to the modification of the website, the webspace and database content. You can request additional support besides the Control Center for a fee after submitting this assignment. The Service Provider proceeds with the utmost care but doesn't take any responsibility and is not liable for any loss of service, damage and data loss arising from the administration and support. 
If the administration assignment is submitted via phone the Service Provider can ask for a written request or confirmation of the request submitted via email or fax if necessary. Service Provider can refuse to do the requested assignment if it endangers the service operation, can cause data loss, a suspicion of abuse arises or in any other case that holds potential risk to the Service Provider, Customer, or the service operation.
Service Provider charges an administration fee if it is beyond the technical support given to the service based on the difficulty and quantity of the requested assignment. Service Provider informs Customer of the additional fee and starts accomplishing the task after receiving the fee. 
The request is in effect 72 hours after its submission, after that it will be called off. If you'd like to assign the Service Provider again you have to submit an other request.
